August. 5, 2011 -  There are signs that Florida’s housing industry might be on the road to recovery, the state’s top economist expects a rise in school property tax rolls next season of 1.3 percent.

Even though that’s actually a minor increase in the original forecast of 2 %, it is probably the most promising indications yet that  Florida’s troubled and hard-hit housing market is on the mend after four years of falling values.Florida’s
